Industrial Training and Apprenticeship Programs

STC Inc. offers apprenticeship programs for Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Electrician and Instrumentation Technician.

Classes are based on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). This program uses internationally recognized course materials to develop the apprentice into first class ratings in their chosen craft. Our instructors bring education and experience along with tested training skills into the classroom and lab to provide the apprentice with realistic learning opportunities.

STC’s instructors work with the maintenance staff to identify areas of learning that need to be enhanced for use in an in-house industry. Lab skills further the apprentice’s abilities while working under instructor supervision to provide coaching and also ensure safe work practices are utilized.

Industrial Training Craft Refresher Training

STC Inc. offers Craft Refresher Training programs for Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Electrician and Instrumentation Technician.

Classes are based on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). These courses will assist in keeping your craft personnel up to date in their trade. Course can be designed as classroom or classroom with lab time.

Industrial Training Construction Safety

STC Inc. offers Construction Safety programs for field personnel that assist with your company’s safety efforts.

Classes are based on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). This course prepares your employees in many areas of safety observation and response. These qualified employees add additional eyes and ears to your safety efforts.
